FEPS Girls Volleyball moved up the board and cemented its name after rising to the occasion at Sharjah Ladies Club on February 8, 2023.
“It was a good effort; everyone gave their best,” Drew Hombria, their supportive captain, remarks. “Though it was a little nerve-racking at first due to not being familiar with the surroundings and court, we did exceptionally well!”
Their incredible skill was evident throughout the match. Backed up by their court presence and lightning-fast communication, they quickly took over the game. Despite not being on their home court, they put on a show for all to see.
“As the team captain, I am honored to establish that I am proud of my players because they gave their all,” Hombria said. “We, as a team, enjoyed playing against other schools and future ones to come.”
Their performance has riled up athletes all over campus, eager to see what their next move will be this coming February 20 for the semi-finals.
