Each speaker emphasized why Remembrance Day should be celebrated, the importance of honoring the past, and how these remembrances shape the future. This was then followed by the speakers answering questions from the audience, allowing them to share their thoughts.

Throughout the event, other Volleyball club officers distributed poppy pins as symbols of respect, remembrance, and hope for a peaceful future. The poppies serve as a reminder to all in attendance of the sacrifices made by many and the importance of upholding values of peace and gratitude in our daily lives.
