On September 10, 2025, Lacnor hosted a back-to-school event for our Grade 4 and 5 students, which aims to help promote healthy habits and living among them.
A bubbly and radiant energy filled the room as the Grade 4 and 5 girls gathered around for a health presentation facilitated by Dr. Prerna, a dietitian from STEPS Clinic. She emphasized the five food groups to promote healthy living and lifestyle. Moreover, she also talked about water and its importance. After the presentation, the girls played a small game, which hyped them up. Questions were raised, and answers filled the room. That set the mood of the room with enjoyment and reflection.

Joyful yells and sparkling smiles swept through the corridors as the boys of Grades 4 and 5 danced with the lively mascot, filling the school with energy and excitement. Their lively moves and playful spirit brought everyone together, creating a joyful atmosphere that set the tone for a day full of fun, surprises, and memorable moments.
Smiles and laughter were everywhere as the Grade 4 and 5 girls learned about healthy eating and explored the five food groups while getting tips on what to enjoy and what to limit. The boys joined in the excitement with their own lively dances, spreading energy and joy throughout the school.
To top off the celebration, all the students received fun goodies and colorful tote bags and had a cherished photo opportunity with the mascot and staff to capture the special day.
This event is a reminder that joy and knowledge can come together and create unforgettable memories in such a short time. Let us not forget to be role models in promoting healthy living to everyone and anyone!
