On October 5, 2023, Tag FM 91.1 hosted a wonderful “Back to School” event on the FEPS (Al Shahba), which featured various talent-showcasing activities and fun games for both teachers and students.
Everyone paid heed when knowledgeable and skilled voices could be heard in the outdoors. FEPSians from grades 6 and 7 were gathered on the girls’ ground and were welcomed by the radio personalities: Johnny Biriyani, Maria Maldita, Louie de Costa, and Kerri Belle.
One of the highlights of the event was an intricate dance performed by the selected students of grade 9 and 10 girls. The mascot of Tag 91.1, often referred to as the “penguin”, soon appeared to welcome the students.
Furthermore, the students had the opportunity to obtain signatures from their favorite tag 91.1 members, get pictures taken with them, and have the chance to win valuable promotions, vouchers, and many more prizes for taking part in their organized activities.
By the end of the event, not only FEPSians and teachers but also the broadcasters enjoyed this event, students were also inspired and given hope to seek after their passions and talents. Tag 91.1 appreciated the warm welcome and the wonderful memories made during the event.
