FEPSians wear bright smiles for a photo-op with the Tag 91.1 Crew

On September 14, 2022, Radio station Tag FM 91.1 visited Far Eastern Private School, Al Shabha Campus, celebrating the “Back to School” program in which students and teachers participated in different activities that showcased their talents.

Speaking in trained voices was one of the things that captivated everyone’s attention. Radio personalities Bluebird, Keri Belle, Louie Da Costa, Johnny Biryani, and Georgia Fritada entertained FEPS’ Grade 5 to 10 students by giving tickets, vouchers, and many more prizes for those participating in their held activities. The event was enjoyed not only by FEPSians but also by the broadcasters themselves.

Georgia Fritada reminisced about her experience when she talked about just being a student who used to watch the activities held by her school. She also shared that being a broadcaster was her hidden desire and that she is thankful for becoming one. Blue Bird was a broadcasting engineer delighted to be accepted into the Tag 91.1 Community. Johnny Biryani did radio broadcasting in the Philippines but eventually continued pursuing his passion in the UAE. He shared that their visitation at FEPS was new and enjoyable as the students were very interactive.

Having a radio broadcasting career is challenging yet amusing as it also involves other activities such as this. Tag 91.1 was grateful for the invitation and warm welcome they received. The radio station personalities left smiles on everyone’s faces, serving as an inspiration to pursue talent and passion.
