Selected students and staff from Far Eastern Private School (FEPS) Halwan visited FEPS Al Shahba on January 11, 2023, to conduct a career guide seminar for Grade 10 students. The seminar aimed to assist students in choosing their desired academic strand and planning their future careers.
Over the course of three hours, the seminar covered the four academic strands: STEM, ABM, HUMMS, and GAS, discussing the careers associated with each and how to make the best choice for oneself. The students received valuable advice from Mr. Marlon Rita, the Principal of FEPS Halwan; Ms. Caroline Pagador, the Senior High School Coordinator; and Mr. Ronel, the Academic Coordinator.
Additionally, senior high school students Isabella Serrano and Zaccary Regala, who served as hosts, shared their experiences with their chosen academic strands and provided helpful tips for the incoming batch of students.
The seminar was informative and addressed important details regarding the next steps after junior high school. With newfound knowledge, the next batch of senior high school students is encouraged to confidently embark on their journey ahead.
